1. Goal alignment session

  1. Kick-off the cycle with an MT session to align on team5pm's strategic direction for the year.
  2. In this session, the MT will translate the strategy into clear departmental OKRs, focusing on both team performance and personal growth.
  3. Leads will turn these OKRs into clear, actionable goals for their teams, keeping everything in line with team5pm's 3-year strategy.
