Our work is largely behind the PC or laptop. Often on a chair. Lying on the couch is also an option, but we don't recommend it. Anyhow, sitting at a desk is not the best thing for your body. But if you do, make sure you are sitting properly.

Don't forget to stretch your legs and arms in between working sessions. Or stand on your head for a while, it seems to be good for some extra blood flow.
