What resources support our team members’ growth?

We have two learning and development streams:

• Personal development: access programs like RisePM and core training to build your foundational skills.
• Department-specific training: For specialized development, we prefer in-house training for each team, ensuring it’s tailored to your specific role and department needs.

Will there be quarterly sessions to align goals?

Absolutely. Quarterly sessions, organized by the management team (MT), will help align everyone with the larger company objectives and provide clarity on whether we’re on track.

All goals—be it performance or development—are documented in Alexis. This keeps everything organized and accessible.
