We work in an open space. Ideal for collaboration and brainstorming. The worst for focus. Without focus, we don't ‘get sht done’*, so we have one clear agreement with each other. If you have headphones on (or earphones in), we will respect your focus and will not disturb you without a reason. Easy.

If you need super-focus, think about where you can sit best. Find a quiet place, for example the focus corner or go home and work smart there!
