Being ill and/or not feeling well is, above all, unpleasant for you personally. Let us know as soon as possible so we can help you and you can take some time off to focus on getting better.
In the case of long-term illness, we follow the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter). For the first six months of illness or incapacity for work, team5pm supplements the legally required 70% wage payment to ensure you receive your full salary. From the seventh month onward, we pay 70% of your salary (with a minimum of the statutory minimum wage).
If you would like to discuss anything with the company doctor, whether proactively or confidentially, you are welcome to do so at any time.
