TravelPerk is a platform where you can book and manage all your travels from one place. All necessary approval flows have been automated for us. The appropriate payment method has also been set up for you to avoid you having to pay anything from your own pocket or chasing invoices while traveling.

If you ever need to make a business trip, you will receive an invitation to this platform so you can book your trip(s). You’ll need to update your traveler profile as soon as you receive the welcome email.

The set up will take you literally 2 minutes and will avoid any unnecessary issues with your future bookings and additional costs for the company. Simply log in to the platform, click on your initials at the top right corner of the screen and select Your Profile account. You can review, update and save all of your travel info. Please check that your contact number is added and your profile name matches your passport exactly.
