The format 'A look inside the head of...' are subject-specific, live sessions at the team5pm office, in which relevant and experienced professionals within the field are invited to share experiences and knowledge.

The aim? To inspire a pre-selected group of employees and give them a fuller picture of their clients' way of thinking and working. Learning and inspiring, in short.

Structure of the program (2,5 to 3 hours):

• introduction by team5pm + introduction guest speaker;
• explanation by speaker or the model/theory that the speaker regularly uses (or has used) him- or herself;
• an assignment that the employees can work on for 15 / 30 min [preferably linked to the model, we can help as an organisation];
• presentation the speaker has ever given and is most proud of [preferably the presentation that was actually used];
• open time for questions we gathered in advance.
