There are five of us steering the team5pm 'boat'. We are not and don’t feel like we are more important than anyone else on board. We truly believe that our success is teamwork. But at the end of the day, we do carry the responsibilities and have to make decisions when necessary.
We are growing fast and a lot is happening. That requires some structure and clarity sometimes, and at the same time we are averse to complicated organograms. So this guide does not contain a well-laid-out matrix, but rather a brief explanation of how we have divided the responsibilities.
Jelmer Wind | Co-Founder & focusses on (long term) strategy and general matters, such as finance, HR and operations, and attracting and guiding possible investments.
Peter Minkjan | Co-Founder & focusses on product & services, tooling, YouTube strategy and content marketing.
Ronen Wolf | Co-Founder & focusses on commercial strategy, sales and business development.
Tom Schoufs | Co-Founder & focusses on marketing, YouTube strategy and creation.
Frank de Wit | Founder & Managing Director of team5pm Studio. Focusses on the day-to-day management of the production unit and attracting new business.
