Congratulations, a new person is in the making! We hope you are feeling well and that you can prepare yourself for this new life in peace and good health. Having a child often has quite an effect on your work, whether you want it or not. How will you organise your new balance once your little one has arrived? Here we give you some useful information to be prepared and to be able to make good choices.

Maternity Leave: Welcoming New Arrivals (and Some Rest for Mom!)

We offer a generous maternity leave package to allow you to bond with your little one. You'll receive three months of paid maternity leave, followed by one month of unpaid leave. We encourage you to use this time to focus on yourself and your new family. If you're experiencing nausea or other discomforts during pregnancy, that’s completely normal. However, if you’re dealing with chronic pain that affects your ability to work before your leave, don’t hesitate to discuss it with your manager.

Paternity Leave: Supporting Dads Too!

We haven't forgotten about dads! We offer ten days of paid paternity leave so you can be there to support your partner and welcome your new child.
