At team5pm we have created a SAR. For those who are now thinking: what is a SAR? A SAR stands for and means as much as a "virtual share" in Team5pm. If you want to know more about this, we can certainly tell you all about it. Don't forget to check Google, where you can find a lot of information.
We have this SAR programme because we hope that indispensable colleagues will literally get a share in the company. It is a "virtual" share, but represents the value of a real share. It is our intention that everyone who starts with us and makes themselves indispensable also qualifies for the SAR programme that we have set up.
However, this does not mean that we give it away to just anyone. Shares are the most important thing we can give away to our colleagues. Because this means that we have "less" of it ourselves. We are happy to do that, but under the right conditions!
Every year in January we are provided with a new valuation. Based on that valuation, colleagues within the SAR programme are given the opportunity to qualify for new shares. Or new colleagues get the chance to join the SAR programme.
