With the team5pm ID, we make it transparent how your role contributes to achieving the team goal. And how achieving the team goal contributes to achieving the organisational goal. Research shows that knowing how you contribute to a mutual goal brings fulfilment and purpose. Besides that, knowing what is expected of you is a great starting point for growth and development.

The team5pm ID is there to give clarity about the roles within team5pm. It facilitates growth and development. We believe that people want guidance on what they are doing, and why they are doing it - but not on how they should do it. It’s on us to create more clarity on the impact and responsibilities that come with a certain role within team5pm.

The profile should be so generic that it describes every person working in the role. That doesn’t mean that we don’t acknowledge interpersonal differences. We do acknowledge that everyone has unique qualities and talents, and we love them!
