We have semi-flexible workstations. Flex-working is cool, hip and functional. Yet, we notice that many people like to have their own desk. As long as our office space allows you to confiscate your own desk, we don't mind.

If, after a few months, you want to know how it works with a different view, or if it's more convenient for your work to be with a different team, feel free to switch. Just be sure to discuss it first if you want to move to another desk where someone else has already settled in. Make sure you're in a place that helps you do your job best. Sometimes that means focus and sometimes it means cooperation.
