team5pm ID

The team5pm ID outlines the goals, responsibilities and required competencies for the specific role within team5pm. We base the vacancy text on the team5pm ID and during the recruitment process, we check to what extent someone fits the role. To help you with that, for each competency we have 1 or 2 example questions to find out if someone has that competence. These are shared with you when you are part of a recruitment process. This is useful as preparation for the job interview!

Growth Framework

During the recruitment phase, we estimate which category in the Growth Framework the role falls into. This also gives us insight into what salary range we can use.
