The feedback cycle

• Quarterly Feedback: Every quarter, team members and leads choose two colleagues (peers, project members, or leads) to give focused, relevant feedback based on goals.
• Clear Guidelines: We use 360-degree feedback forms linked to individual goals to ensure actionable input. People & Culture provides training on giving constructive, helpful feedback.
• Feedback Review Meetings: After collecting feedback, team members and leads meet to go over strengths, areas to improve, and adjust development plans if needed.
