  3. Strategic Thinking (critical thinking, innovation, curiosity, stakeholder management, solving complex problems) e.g. training in above skills.
  4. People (teamwork, people management, interpersonal skills, resolving conflict, group dynamics) e.g. RisePM.
  5. Communication (sharing, (effective) communication, feedback) e.g. constructive feedback training.
  6. Impact (ownership, goal setting, perseverance) e.g. goal setting, listening, personal leadership.
