The basic goal we share is that we can all do our jobs as well as possible, as smart as possible.

So, there is not one size fits all when it comes to working remotely.

Physically working together contributes to both our collective learning as well as our individual learning experience. At the same time we also recognise that it can be effective to work remotely when it comes to certain tasks. If you want to work remotely, please always make sure you firstly coordinate this with your manager. Furthermore, communicate this with your (project) team and use Google Calendar to let everyone know you won’t be at the office.
